About the internship:

Are you a creative and driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global marketing? Look no further! MetrixLab is seeking for a Global Marketing Intern to support our dynamic team in the following areas:

Global Events & Webinars:

• Collaborate with our team to plan and organize exciting events, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist with creating detailed plans, designing invitations, creating marketing materials, and communicating with clients to ensure successful events.
• Help set up webinars, create reports, measure results, and follow up with attendees.

Campaign management:

• Work alongside our experienced marketers to help plan, develop, execute, and follow-up on successful campaigns.
• Utilize your creativity and analytical skills to contribute fresh ideas and insights to our campaigns.

Marketing materials:

• Assist with the development and production of high-quality marketing materials, such as videos, infographics, and more.
• Work together with a design team to help create compelling content that resonates with our audience.

KPI tracking:

• Take ownership of ROI tracking, utilizing your analytical skills to measure and optimize our marketing efforts.
• Help us continue to grow our business by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.

We want you to ‘own’ a project and be fully integrated in our global marketing team. You have the freedom to come up with new concepts, bring in your ideas, and we support you along the way.

About our Global Marketing team

We are a truly global marketing team with many nationalities, and we work across all our countries. We like the excitement of interacting with many colleagues from around the world. Our team covers all areas of marketing, and you get a well-rounded picture of all marketing aspects. Your involvement supports all of us and we both learn and grow together.

We are looking for an intern who is available from August 2023 until February 2024.

What do we expect from you?

• You are interested in global marketing, digital marketing and the topics mentioned above.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Experience in event planning and/or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• You speak English.
• You work independently and have the right mind-set for teamwork.
• You are goal-oriented and not afraid of deadlines.
• You are a third- or fourth-year student for Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• You are available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a period of at least 5 months.
