Job Description:

The Head of Project Management Team is a pivotal role within our organization responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and successful completion of market research projects. This individual will lead a team of project managers and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. As the leader of the Project management Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities: 

Team Leadership

  • Provide strong leadership to the project Management Team, fostering a collaborative and results -driven environment.
  • Mentor and develop a team of project managers ensuring they are motivated, well trained and well aligned with the company’s mission.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.

Project planning and execution

  • Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor market research projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and withing scope on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure successful implementation of project.

Budget Management 

  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and revenue and ensuring profitability targets are met.
  • Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Client Engagement

  • Ensure high quality communication with the client.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring their satisfaction during the project lifecyle.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Resource Management

  • Allocate project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor resource utilization and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

External Vendor Management

  • Identify, select and nurture high quality suppliers across the region which specialize in different kinds of TGs.
  • To establish SOP for obtaining competitive quotes for all proposals.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable research results.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.

Risk Management

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients as necessary.

Reporting and analysis

  • Prepare and present project management reports.

 Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process improvements within the Project Management Team to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends in market research.


  • Atleast Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the market research industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiar with project management software and tools.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong cost control in project management.
