About the Position:

The Client Development Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Client Director to answer all RFPs and explore opportunities within new and established accounts.

Position Expectations:

• Prepare proposals and present it to clients (planning, costs, ppt, contact with vendors, etc.).
• Open new doors (sell to new clients).
• Sell new solutions to existing clients.
• Being in charge of the whole sales process (internal and external – PO/Invoices, etc.).
• Be aware of projects profitability and take actions when necessary.
• Activate previous contacts and present MetrixLab.
• Be in charge, together with Research team, of implementing the projects to guarantee alignment with the proposal scope.
• Inform the Research team regarding global protocols, cases, etc.
• Participate in all Kickoff meetings (internal and with clients).
• Participate in all presentations (internal and with clients).
• Participate in all global meetings (representing Brazil and or LatAm).

Position Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (participate in meetings in English) Spanish is not mandatory.
• Experience with various Research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Experience in presenting results to clients and great analysis capacity.
• Be proactive (we have a vast solution´s portfolio and this position has to be aware of what we offer in Metrix and also in Toluna).
