About the role:

With a solid base of market research skills under your belt you are now looking to support accounts through bringing your understanding of market research philosophy, processes, and need for detail to the table.

Working in collaboration with the GRIT Lead and  other team members, you play an important role in supporting research and commercial teams by ensuring global process efficiency and key account materials and tools are at the cutting edge of the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Facing
  • Manage and deliver monthly progress reports for key client stakeholders
  • Attend Global client calls
  • Manage and deliver monthly/quarterly data lakes for delivery to client and online visual library updates
  • Visual Library gatekeeper (our online proprietary database system)
  • Manage and consult with local RMs on content
  • Ensure visual libraries meet global key stakeholder requirements
  • Continuous monitoring of dynamic elements within VLs
  • Work with developers on VL improvements
• Thought & Research Leadership
  • Develop processes and materials specific to global meta analysis requests
  • Identify and implement opportunities and efficiencies throughout research processes
  • Assist with global ad hoc tasks from client and internal teams
  • Collaborating with other data management teams on information sharing and best practices
  • Attend and lead global stakeholder meetings
  • Represent as a Global PM POC along with GRIT Lead for queries, updates, feedback, and ensure global consistency
• Commercial Integrity
  • Advise on benchmark availability and coordinate benchmark building initiatives
  • Monitor and refresh solution rate cards and online cost calculators
  • Manage client specific platforms or teams to integrate with MetrixLab research processes
  • Work alongside SRM and other support to maintain and update Data Management Platform templates
  • Work with GRIT lead to maintain SharePoint relevancy and updates to templates
• Team management
  • Lead and manage a team of database analysts

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel
• An eye for detail
• Forward thinking
