Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all steps of a social insights research project, from setup, search strategy, data collection to client delivery.
  • After project is sold the researcher makes sure the sold product/solution is delivered.

Are you:

  • Capable of interpreting numbers and data and transforming them into actionable stories that will inspire c-level executives.
  • Enjoying personally communicating with clients and you are confident in presenting the team’s findings.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
  • You know how to setup search strategies to collect social media conversations (from forums to social media sites) and you are familiar with text and image analysis (human coding, topic modelling and or other (un)supervised techniques).
  • Pro-active and all-around fun colleague.

Do you have:

  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and techniques and a proven track record of running multi-country insights studies.
  • Relevant education degrees (MA in Marketing Management or Media & Business/Psychology Degree).
  • Understanding of mixed methodologies’ complementary aspects is a plus.
  • Ability of adaptability in the various processes (data collection, cleaning, coding, visualization, reporting, consultation) while not losing focus on the bigger picture.
  • Robust experience with social listening tools is a significant advantage (e.g. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Netbase, Sprout etc.)
