Press release: MetrixLab expands into Italy and appoints Luca Antonietti as Managing Director

3 September 2018 – As part of MetrixLab’s ongoing international expansion and following a great year of growth, the global digital research agency has appointed Luca Antonietti to lead its first commercial office in Italy. Based in Milan, Luca takes on the newly created role of Managing Director for Italy on 3 September.

Originally from Italy, Luca has more than 20 years’ experience in market research and management consultancy, working for both local and international companies. He was most recently with GfK, before launching digital start-up BeMyEye. Luca joined MetrixLab in February 2018 as Senior Advisor. In this role, Luca successfully laid the groundwork for the new Italy office. As Managing Director, Luca is now tasked with driving commercial growth in the country.

Talking of the expansion, Luca Antonietti said: “Italy is one of the world’s biggest economies with a large market for market research. Numerous multinational companies are either based in Italy or have set up local branches here. It is therefore a must for a global company to have a solid presence in the country. And we have already seen a great response from current and new clients.”
