4 December 2017 – Digital global research agency MetrixLab has appointed Nick Langeveld to the newly created position of President of its US business. He joins today, 4th December, and will be based in the MetrixLab office in Norwalk CT, US. As MetrixLab’s President of the US, Langeveld will develop and execute the US business vision and strategy. A key element of the job will be to integrate MetrixLab and recently acquired Acturus, combining the two successful businesses into one organization focused on growth. Langeveld has an impressive track record, with over 20 years of leadership experience including a decade in the digital advertising and marketing sectors. Most recently as an Executive Vice President at Kantar in North America, prior to that he worked at Affectiva (a WPP investment company) from 2011 to 2017. During this time, he rose from Business Development Director to President and CEO, and ultimately to Chairman. Prior to this, he worked at The Nielsen Company for seven years, as well as IBM and Goldman Sachs. Langeveld reports to Jan Willem Gerritsen, Executive Officer, who says of the appointment: “The US is a crucial market for MetrixLab, and we are at a pivotal time in our history here.
