As a (Senior) Research Manager, you have been exposed to all facets of the research world and have proven yourself to truly enjoy and thrive at owning research projects within the brand equity tracking and campaign effectiveness space. You’re comfortable being a primary contact person and subject matter expert, to advise teams how studies should be run and how the results are going to help clients to further growth their business.
As the lead (Senior) Research Manager for Brand Equity Tracking and Campaign Effectiveness, you will work in close collaboration with the global Solution Teams of TEMPO (MetrixLab’s brand equity tracking solution) and Campaign Effectiveness to progress the plans the Solution Owners have for their solution suite, and any additional needs the Solution Research Experts have identified. Overarching objective is to make life easier for Client Directors and Research Managers. This runs from renovation to innovation to validation & meta-analysis work, and anything in between. You get super energized to make a difference – make things better for the company.
Depending on your level of experience & expertise there are opportunities to learn & increase your knowledge on these solution suites, or to learn & develop yourself from working with seasoned Solution Owners on a more strategic level.

Do you have:
- 3+ years’ experience at research agency side, in brand tracking and campaign effectiveness research.
- Experience in tackling research agency challenges & issues.
- A can-do attitude.
- Have a passion for brands and advertising.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
