About the Position:
We are looking for the most dynamic and talented researchers in the industry to join our amazing Mexico research team! It is a great opportunity for curious, passionate, creative, and driven people who like taking ownership proactively and independently, to join us at this stage of the business and be part of its growth in the years to come.
You are the ideal candidate for this Research Analyst role if you have at least 3 years of marketing research experience, ideally on the supplier side. In this position you will be responsible for leading the full project life cycle, set-up through client presentations, working with sales and internal operations. You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing to ad pre-testing, as well as campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, etc.
Position Expectations:
- Independently manage research studies across a variety of methodologies and complexities.
- Develop survey questionnaire and analysis plan, and provide insightful, actionable reports to the client and be able to deliver presentations.
- Work together with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of project timelines.
- Able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related industry experience.
- Previous experience in various research methodologies, for example: ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentations, shopper research, etc.
- Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.
- Proficient in expressing him/herself perfectly in Spanish and have Advanced English, both verbally and in writing.
